How should I "start" my new Stainless Steel Cookware?

1. The pot is first washed with detergent, then washed with hot water once to remove impurities such as floating ash.

2. Pour water, plus some white vinegar and neutralize, put the pot on the cooker and continue to heat to boiling, then turn off the heat and wash with hot water.

3. Put the pan back on the hob and continue heating until it smokes, put in a little oil. The molecules on the heated surface of the pan will open up to allow the fat in the oil to embed itself in the pan, which is equivalent to adding a non-stick surface to the Stainless Steel Cookware.
